We serve locally roasted single-origin espresso, drip coffee, small-batch slow-steeped cold brew, ceremonial-grade matcha, and signature lattes including Horchata, Pistachio, Vanilla, and our real-habanero Mexican Mocha (actually spicy — ask first!). I ordered a latte, and you could immediately tell the barista knew exactly what they were doing. The espresso was smooth, perfectly dialed-in, and had zero bitterness, complemented by velvety, flawless microfoam. It’s rare to find a place that hits the sweet spot of flavor and temperature so consistently. * The Service: Even better than the coffee, which is saying a lot. The staff here are incredibly welcoming, genuinely friendly, and move with an impressive efficiency despite the steady morning rush.
